Matthew Kaup, a popular St. Albert lawyer for the law firm Oddleifson & Kaup, aids the community of St. Albert, Sturgeon County and Morinville.Matthew graduated from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in April 2018. He is completing his articling year at Oddleifson & Kaup, and will continue to work with Oddleifson & Kaup after he passes the bar. Matthew had 5 years experience working as a Real Estate Paralegal prior to graduating law school.

During law school, Matthew received the Dr. Alexander Smith QC prize in Contract Law and the Canadian Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors Prize in Estate Planning for his achievements in the classes of Contracts Law, Insurance Law, Taxation Law, and Estate Planning Law.

Matthew plans to build his law practice in the areas of Real Estate, Wills & Estates, Business Law, and Civil Litigation.

Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters (ages 5, 3, and 1) in the outdoors and at community events around St. Albert. He is an avid sports fan and an amateur outdoorsman.
