Matthew graduated from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in April 2018. He completed his articles at Oddleifson & Kaup, and has taken on Eric Oddleifson’s clients upon Eric’s retirement. Matthew had 5 years experience working as a Real Estate Paralegal prior to graduating law school.
During law school, Matthew received the Dr. Alexander Smith QC prize in Contract Law and the Canadian Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors Prize in Estate Planning for his achievements in the classes of Contracts Law, Insurance Law, Taxation Law, and Estate Planning Law.
Matthew continues to build his law practice in the areas of Real Estate, Wills & Estates, Business Law, and Civil Litigation.
Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters (ages 5, 3, and 1) in the outdoors and at community events around St. Albert. He is an avid sports fan and an amateur outdoorsman.
